Appraisals (Fundy) Ltd. is an independent and established Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting Firm located in Saint John New Brunswick. Although completing assignments throughout Atlantic Canada, our day to day operations are concentrated to southern New Brunswick.

The firm has been continuously and exclusively involved with the professional practice of real estate appraisal, valuation and consulting since 1969. Over the years we have combined industry experience with innovative technology to earn the confidence and respect of financial institutions, the insurance industry, federal, provincial and municipal agencies, legal and accounting professionals as well as our private clientele.

We are particularly oriented toward establishing property values for clients; however, litigation and tribunal support also form a significant component of our appraisal practice. We specialize in forensic appraising and dispute resolution. Our appraisers have been accepted as experts by Provincial and Federal Courts, as well as various Appeal Tribunals.

Our team of appraisers hold a number of industry accreditations including the CRA and AACI (P.App) designation of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, as well as similar organizations such as the SRPA designation of the Appraisal Institute, (USA) and MRICS designation of the Royal Institution of Charter Surveyors, (United Kingdom).
